Service Areas

Uthai & Son Law Office is a law office in Kannayao District, Bangkok, providing document and signature certification by a Notarial Services Attorney (Notary Public), English–Thai translation with certification, business registration, and litigation. The office serves every province in Thailand. Some certifications can be completed without meeting in person, while matters the Notarial Services Attorney must personally examine are handled by on-site appointment.

Which areas does the office cover?

Every province in Thailand — the more precise answer depends on whether your matter requires a meeting in person, which divides clearly into two groups.

The dividing line is whether the Notarial Services Attorney must see something in person — some matters can be handled from the documents you send, while others require seeing it in person, whether an original document, a signature made in the attorney's presence, or verification of identity or documents.

Group 1 — No meeting required, available nationwide

Some types of certification require no travel at all, because they can be handled from the documents you send. The clearest example is certification of translations — once the Notarial Services Attorney has completed the certification, the office can send the documents back to you.

  • You do not need to travel
  • The office does not need to travel to meet you
  • Available in every province, with no area limit

If you are not sure whether your matter falls into this group, let our team check first — tell us the type of document and where it will be submitted.

Group 2 — Meeting required, on-site appointments available

Some matters do require a meeting, because the Notarial Services Attorney must see something in person and they cannot be completed by sending documents alone. Two cases come up most often.

  • Signature certification — the signer must appear in person and sign according to the prescribed steps
  • Certification of a copy against the original — the original generally must be presented for comparison with the copy, a passport copy, for example

For these matters the office can travel to meet you, with the location agreed case by case.

Most convenient areas for a meeting

  • Ram Inthra (รามอินทรา)
  • Min Buri (มีนบุรี)
  • Lat Phrao (ลาดพร้าว)
  • Liap Thang Duan — expressway frontage road (เลียบทางด่วน)
  • Nuan Chan (นวลจันทร์)
  • Bueng Kum (บึงกุ่ม)

We still take matters farther away — travel fees may simply apply. Those fees depend on the location and distance; there is no fixed rate. Let our team know the location and we can assess it before the appointment.

Matters in other provinces — how to decide

If your matter falls into Group 1, distance makes no difference at all, because nobody has to travel.

If it falls into Group 2 and you are in a different region, it is worth weighing the travel fees against the service fee first. Our team can tell you both in advance, so you can decide whether to use this office or find a provider closer to you.
